What We Teach

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) - BJJ is a martial art, combat sport, and a self defense system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting to submit your opponent. With BJJ expect to learn how to use your opponents momentum against them to put yourself in a better position to attack or defend. 

Kickboxing - Kickboxing mixes the tradional boxing with kicks from many different styles of fighting such as Muay Thai. With our cardio Kickboxing classes you will be able to reach your fitness goals, and with our sparring classes you will have a complete stand-up arsenal to defend yourself.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) - MMA is the mixture of multiple martial arts and using them together. With the BJJ, Wrestling, Cage Work, and Kickboxing all rolled into one art you will be able to defend yourself from any position necessary. Whether you are looking to get into the best shape of your life or become a serious MMA competitor we have the right classes for you!
